Back Up From Anywhere
Monument can be accessed remotely over any Wi-Fi network or using Cellular Data. Once Remote Access is turned on, you can back up, view, and download your content from anywhere in the world.
- Update to the latest app and firmware versions
- Be on the same Wi-Fi network as Monument
- Confirm Settings > Connection Status = Connected
- Turn on Settings > Remote Access
- Test Remote Access by using the app from a Wi-Fi network different than Monument's or while on Cellular Data

I cannot access this page it comes up with an error
I can not turn on Remote Access BECause an error message comes up. oh, problems.

It looks like your network may not be set up to allow Remote Access.

The screen on my iPhone App is different than the screen shown on this page? I guess there has been some updates since you did it, though it would be nice to update these instructions as well.
In DEVICE SETTINGS, I have Factory Reset - HDMI resolution and Restart Device which do not appear on your page above?
But I don't have Auto-Update Firmware?
