If you have a primary and secondary drive connected and have one of these issues:
- Settings --> USB Drive --> Inactive Drive
- "Plugged in drive cannot be recognized"
- Drives frequently disconnecting
It is likely that both of your drives are drawing more power than Monument's specs.
Please try connecting your secondary drive to a powered USB hub (examples below):
We also recommend connecting the hard drive to a computer to make sure it's working properly as well as formatting the hard drive before using it.
