If your photos are not uploading, please check the following to make sure that everything is connected.
When a device is disconnected from Monument, there is a red indicator next to Settings and the Connection Status is Disconnected. If there is an upload in progress it will also be paused. The device cannot back up to Monument or perform other activities until it is reconnected.

Inactive Hard Drive
If the hard drive is not Active then Monument will not be able to back up. The hard drive needs to be activated in order to continue with uploading.

While uploading there are several different errors that can be seen throughout the app. Most are related to a weak or no internet connection while others are related to iCloud or file read errors.

After photos are uploaded, Monument analyzes your content and this process can take time depending on the total volume of content uploaded. Once photos are analyzed they will begin to appear in the app.
