Why am I seeing "Video is not optimized for playback" message?

    How long does it take for the videos to optimize? Do they continue to process after uploading?

    Hi Joel,

    Once the content is uploaded, Monument starts analyzing and optimizing the video for the best view on your devices. The total time depends on the video, length, resolution and other processes on the queue. For example, for a two-minute video, this process should not take more than a few seconds if there's no other processes in the queue.
