-Ability to set a schedule for when the Monument app auto-uploads.

-Include options to control settings (ie Wi-Fi, time, phone plugged in, etc).

  @BMann

  We will look into this further, but Apple's iOS platform does not allow apps to automatically open and run. It also does not allow apps to multitask/run in background.
