Display Photos Not In An Album (Browse)

In browse, it would be useful to be able to display ONLY those pictures not currently assigned to an album...could then categorize them much more quickly

  Again, just looking for an update on this. It says "COMPLETED" at the top of the page but I see no way to achieve this. Especially on the PC app.
