Thanks for the suggestion! At this time, building out our software to be ran inside a personal NAS device would take away from developing other key features and we are a startup, our resources are limited :). But given enough positive feedback, we'd be happy to consider this further down the road.

enabling a docker based system would enable more processing power for the AI features. Also you could charge $50 for the software license per docker (sever image). Maybe $50 for 5 Users and $100 for 10 Users something like that model.
Even though your not providing any hardware you are providing features and App development that does certainly cost money.

As it stands right now there is nothing on the market that Monument provides, dockers running on things like freenas or unraid will open up storage and processing power. This will great improve the experiencing of ingesting content.

Optionally provide the software docker version as a different product name which integrates with your client side App's on the phone and desktop. Call it Monolith :)

Thanks so much for the suggestion! We have a lot in our pipeline, but given resources/time constraints there is a lot that needs to be accomplished before we can move onto other projects :)

@Hunter I would not consider this exactly a new project. You are just using a custom linux kernel so half of the work for a docker container is just done.

The CNN can give some problems. And it would be needed a custom license module to avoid the startup of the software at all.

In fact you are just there :D
