I use Google Apps for my emails and I created a Google Apps Script that executes a cron job once a day and deletes emails labeled with a specific label if the emails are older than 2 months (and another one that does it for the emails older than 2 years).
I love that workflow as it gives me enough time to get back to any older email I might need, but after that time has passed the email is gone and I don't have to think that thousands of emails are cluttering my inbox unnecessarily.
Similarly, I would love to see similar option implemented to Monument, where user could create tags or perhaps albums that could be automatically purged, based on the age of a photo stored in it.
That way we would keep our database clean and lean.
This would help users curate their memories on spot, instead of postponing a cleanup of a large catalog of photos that we keep postponing indefinitely.
Thanks for voting :)
