One reason I purchased a monument, was because of the built in backup advertised as being present through the second disk.
Looking at your customer support issues and lack of response from your organisation, to people that have purchased your product with the same concerns, it would appear that your product has never had that capability.
The only response to these questions, was the provision of a link that was broken.
I would like to believe that it does have the ability to back up to the second disk as advertised, but there does not appear to be any evidence that it is the case.
If it doesn't have that capability, you should immediately make that clear in your advertising as it is misleading to say it does.
Please clarify this situation.
