    Hi Kevin,

    For some devices, an issue on firmware 2.1.1 was preventing displaying photos. We've rolled out a new firmware version 2.1.2 to fix this problem.

    As always, updates are installed automatically - just set "Settings>Auto-Update Firmware" ON on your app.

    Please let us know whether you are still facing the issue or have any other questions.

    Just purchased and installed my monument - same issue - can't see the photos that uploaded. I can't find the auto-updated firmware on my app. Please advise! I may just be looking over it .

    I have the same problem. Photos taken after June 10th are not showing in the app. They seem to be downloading but I can’t view them. Connection status is connected but when I want to share diagnostics it says it was sent but I am not receiving a confirmation email.

    I have this exact same issue - photos upload fine, no connection issues, no upload errors but they don't appear on the Mac via the Monument app.

    I am using a MacBook Pro with XQD USB adapter.

    Hi Geoff,

    @Michael is correct. If you have uploaded photos recently, it may take some time to finish processing them.

    If you still experiencing problems, please share your diagnostics by selecting (Help>Send Diagnostics) and let me know. I'm happy to help.

    Oddly if I take one shot on my other camera, then upload it via the SD slot on the Monument device once it finishes uploading all the other images come streaming through.

    Hi Geoff,

    Can you please check if you start to see new uploads under 'Recents' after you plug in the SD Card? Additionally, can you also check the Monument app on your smartphone if you see photos there - just to understand if this is happening on the desktop app?
