    Hi Gerry,

    Let me answer your questions.

    1. If you see the status completed, they should be backed up to the primary drive connected. Could you please verify the followings:

    - If you have multiple users, could you please verify if you selected the correct user to see photos. Here's an article showing you how to select this: https://help.getmonument.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003763213-Filter-Photos-By-User

    - If this is not the case, this could be due to a temporary error with the app - can you please try killing the app (not deleting) and start it again?

    - Finally, if none of these work - could you please share diagnostics from your app in order to check this issue for further: Settings>Share Diagnostics Information

    2. When transferring photos from your computer, they're all copied to the external drive connected to Monument. So, you still have a copy on your computer.

    3. Monitoring changes and uploading them is supported on mobile apps; currently it's not available for the desktop software. You will need to upload them again. Once you upload previously selected folders again, they are not copied again as Monument eliminates duplicates to be copied.

    4. Yes, it will create the backup automatically. Monument performs backups automatically once the device is in idle - (nothing is being uploaded or processing) You can monitor the backup process under Settings>USB Drives.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. We'd be happy to assist.

I only have a single user.  However I do have the app on my iPad and my Desktop.  I have killed the app on all 3 devices and restarted.  Still no photo's.  I have shared the diagnostics information as you requested.

    Thank you

It seems that letting it sit overnight solved the issue.  I can see photo's now.  that fact it took all night for only 7K photo's is concerning, and that fact that the Quantity of photo's number differs from the PC to the iPhone is also concerning.

I did see 'early adopter'  :)
