iPhone not auto-uploading
Auto-upload does not seem to be working on my wife's iPhone. I have to have her open the app to get photos to upload to Monument.

@RonaldSchilt
On iOS:
- If the app is killed/permanently closed, then photos will not automatically upload
- If the app is running in background and Bluetooth is on (not paired with Monument), then the app will be triggered to upload in background when you are within Bluetooth range of Monument
- If the app is open, then photos will start to upload automatically
On Android:
- If the app is open, running in background, or killed/permanently closed, it will upload automatically to Monument

Hello,
I have the same problem. If I open the iPhone app, it will trigger an upload from my phone to my laptop, but it is NOT automatic. It's been this way since September, so now when I really need it, I have to wait for a long upload of photos. Also, I'm running the desktop app right now, while Monument is catching up from my phone, and in the lower left corner, it changes sporadically from Connected to Syncing.
Please tell me what I need to do to fix this? Do I need to update desktop and iphone apps?
Thanks!

Hi Susie,
Please make sure the Monument app is running in background (do not kill/stop the app). Also, if you keep Bluetooth on on your phone, the Monument app will continue uploading new photos in background.
Also, yes, please make sure you're using the latest app versions to get new features and improvements. Currently, the latest iOS app version is 2.17.1 and Desktop app is 0.23.1 You can find the complete list of changes here: https://getmonument.com/updates
Please let me know if you have any other questions. I'd be happy to help.
