Tag multiple pictures

I have several pictures taken the same  place and date. I would like mark all these pictures and tag all of them simultaneously.

  I am not sure iOS but you can select multiple photos by press-and-hold a photo and click the "pen" icon at the bottom to tag multiple photos at once.
