Labels/Descriptions underneath Photos/Videos

About a year ago, to improve on the user friendly features of Monument I suggested that ur engineers/programmers could possibly incorporate the ability of users to put on titles/labels/comments/tags directly underneath the photos/videos uploaded for present/future references. Just like putting labels on a manually created Album, where a person can go back and enjoy events of the present/past.
