    I updated to the latest firmware version and it looks like my monument is stuck booting (solid yellow led).  Any help would be appreciated

    Hi Shiang,

     

    Do you remember from which firmware version you updated your Monument? Can you please try updating your firmware using a spare SD Card?

    That's what I did. Should I try it again? Should I try with USB? I created that sd card on my MacBook.

    Hi Shiang,

    Can you please try connecting your Monument to the router using an Ethernet cable?

    Then, unplug the power cable and after waiting for ~5-10 seconds, please plug it back again. (Do not plug in SD Card at this time)

    Please let me know if this does not solve the issue.
