Yes Please - it would be nice to have a flag on the photo to indicate it is already tagged in an album - with the info in the edit section .

Add indicator flag to photos that are already selected in albums ...
Completedas above ... make it easier when sorting large collections - maybe even be able to see from the main window a drop down of which albums the selected photo is included in?
