Will identification of faces carry over if you share though? It does not look it. Perhaps a rethink about how information is attached to each user could remedy this.

For adding new users, you need to update the firmware. Otherwise, a default email seems to be used and not yours. So you can't activate the user.

Suggestion for future Monument versions is to have an SD card reader spring and click. That way the user knows the card is properly inserted.

Incidentally, UPnP shows a device on port 8201 with IP x.x.x.6 but Monument is IP x.x.x.7. Something odd there which needs looking into.

If your router doesn't show the MAC address, ping the IP of your Monument then enter the following in Windows cmd. arp -a your.monument.ip.here (replace your.monument.ip.here with IP address)
