I agree - future Monument hardware devices should have a replaceable lithium ion battery that can power the device long enough to smoothly shut the device down when an AC power loss is detected.

Yes an Apple TV app would be sensational. I think it wouldn't be too difficult to port the iOS version of the app to Apple TV

I believe yes it does, as part of the upload process it recognizes duplicates and skips adding them to the database.
