Error installing the desktop app on a Mac computer

If you're seeing the following error when trying to install the Monument desktop app to a Mac computer, you can follow the steps to clear this warning.

This message is shown when trying to install an application which is distributed by an unidentified developer. It does not mean that something is wrong with the application. 

Please make sure you downloaded the app by following the download links on this page: Download Monument apps

On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences and click Security & Privacy then click General.

Choose "Open Anyway" and then select "Open" in the following dialog.

Note: "Open Anyway" button is available for about an hour after you try to open the app.
